Shipping & Exchanges

Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible!

Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically shipped the same or following business day from Manheim, PA or our Utah-based warehouse via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be sent via email and/or text based on the information provided by the customer.

Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order or free for orders over $75 (United States only).

International shipping is available and rates will be charged based on the location and weight of your package.

Boutique 1780 is not responsible for lost packages, but if your package is misplaced, we will assist you in filing a claim with the package carrier. You may add shipping insurance to you order for a nominal fee.

Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit should you not find an item to your liking. However, cash refunds and refunds to credit/debt cards will not be issued.

Unworn items with the tag attached can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged.

Credit will be issued for Boutique 1780 and does not expire.

Washed and/or worn items or items without a tag will not be accepted for an exchange. Body care, hair accessories, jewelry, intimates, swimwear, and select final sale items are ineligible for exchange. We reserve the right to reject exchanges for any reason.
