Shipping & Exchanges

Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible!

Orders will be processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, unless otherwise noted.

Your order may ship in more than one package via USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be sent via email and/or text based on the information provided by the customer.

Shipping is a flat $6.95 per order or free for orders over $99 with free return shipping on all orders (United States only).

International shipping to Canada is available and rates will be charged based on the location and weight of your package. Your shipping charge is an estimate. In the event of an overcharge, we will refund your original form of payment.

Boutique 1780 is not responsible for lost packages, but if your package is misplaced, we will assist you in filing a claim with the package carrier. You may add shipping insurance to you order for a nominal fee.

Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit should you not find an item to your liking. However, cash refunds and refunds to credit/debt cards will not be issued.

Unworn items with the tag attached can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Local customers are encouraged to return items to our Manheim location for quicker processing. Customers mailing their purchase back will receive free return shipping.*

Credit will be issued for Boutique 1780 and does not expire.

Washed and/or worn items or items without a tag will not be accepted for an exchange. Body care, hair accessories, jewelry, intimates, swimwear, and select final sale items are ineligible for exchange. We reserve the right to reject exchanges for any reason.
