Refund policy
"Refunds" will be made in the form of store credit.
We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit should you not find an item to your liking. However, cash refunds and refunds to credit/debt cards will not be issued.
Unworn items with the tag attached can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Customers mailing their purchase back will receive free return shipping.*
Credit will be issued for Boutique 1780 and does not expire.
Washed and/or worn items or items without a tag will not be accepted for an exchange. Body care, hair accessories, jewelry, intimates, swimwear, and select final sale items are ineligible for exchange. We reserve the right to reject exchanges for any reason.
To initiate an return online:
- log-in or create an account.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Please indicate if you would like store credit or to exchange for a different size.
- Click Request return.
